Certification: Upon completion, each trainee receives an official OSHA or MSHA certification card.

Industrial & Office Ergonomics Surveys
Our ergonomics surveys are designed to improve efficiency, productivity, and an employee’s ability to work safely in office and industrial environments using our CIEs, CPEs, or CSPs.
We recommend a participatory ergonomic approach in which workers are directly involved in worksite assessments, solution development, and implementation to ensure a successful ergonomic process.
Our interventions outlined in our detailed reports often include modifying existing equipment, making changes in work practices, employee re-training, stretch & flex programs and purchasing new tools or other devices to assist in the production process.

NY Rule 59 & AR 32 Compliance Reviews
Our certified consultants can enhance your workplace safety and ensure compliance with NY Rule 59 and AR 32 requirements.
NY Rule 59: The Industrial Code Rule 59 seeks to improve safety and lower workers’ compensation insurance costs in the state of New York by reducing injuries and illnesses in the workplace. Employers with an experience modification above 1.20 and a gross payroll of more than $800,000 must, by law, hire a certified safety consultant to perform an ICR 59 consultation. ZCA-certified consultants will prepare a report noting deficiencies in client safety programs along with recommendations for improvement.
AR Rule 32: These surveys evaluate client safety programs for any Arkansas-based employers under this regulation. This process involves the assessment of uncontrolled workplace conditions or hazards and safety program activities currently in place. As part of our service, ZCA-certified consultants will also assist in developing State-required 32A and B forms and a written Health and Safety Plan aligned with state AWCC program requirements to ensure compliance.
Transportation Safety Services
With deep roots in trucking safety, our national network of consultants can provide best practices and up-to-date DOT regulations and safety services for your trucking operations. Some of our services include:
Underwriting risk assessment reviews (on-site & phone surveys).
